Q1: If I get a damage commodity, what can I do?
A: All items have free return within 7 days, if you find any defective, please call on 02-2257-6167, we will replace a new one to you, but if you have used it, the replace is not acceptable.
Q2: If I need a returned or exchanged, what can I do ?
A: You can contact us on this website, or you can call us during service hours.
Q3: How can I get a discount?
A. You can choose two different colors that you want, and you will get 30%off.
B. Mugs with porcelain bowl are 15% off.
Q4: How about the payment?
A: COD (Cash on delivery). We will send the commodity after remittance.
Q5: How about the transport?
A: In-store pickup or posting. If you are the teachers or students in Chihlee also can delivery in person.
